Jowar is a towering plant which grows over six feet tall. It is generally red and hard when it is ripe and dried after harvesting to increase the shelf -life of the grain. Jowar comes in ivory, purple, deep red and brown colour.
Usage: Preparing Chapattis, Porridge, Baked Goods, Soups
